Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care or beauty products cannot be returned unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by Pomelo Beauty — including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or personal preference — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Pomelo Beauty will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is processed.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund if it meets the return eligibility requirements.
