Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (Free on all orders): USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–5 business days after processing.

Estimated transit times after processing vary by destination:

β€’ Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID): 2–4 business days
β€’ Western States (CA, NV, UT, AZ): 3–5 business days
β€’ Mountain States (MT, WY, CO, NM): 3–6 business days
β€’ Midwest: 4–7 business days
β€’ Southern States: 4–7 business days
β€’ East Coast: 5–8 business days
β€’ Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses: 1–3 weeks or longer

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

However, for certain locations a flat $4.00 shipping fee applies. These locations include:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)
  • Armed Forces Europe (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@pomelobeauty.com within 7 days. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
