Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

What shipping methods are available and how long do they take?

We offer USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free across the U.S.

For a few locations (such as Hawaii, Guam, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses), a small flat fee of $4.00 applies.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

Are there any shipping restrictions I should be aware of?

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. Please refer to the product details for more information.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pomelobeauty.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Harris Avenue 1224, Ste 108, Bellingham WA, 98225, United States.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
