REF Cool Silver Conditioner with a rich combination of blue and violet pigments this product works to tone and further reduce unwanted yellow tones in the hair. Use after Cool Silver Shampoo to leave the strands ultra-nourished, restored and brightened. With added quinoa protein and our unique Color Preserve System it further protects hair from UVA/UVB rays and breakage.
