Universal Neutralizer is a neutralizer suitable for all hair types to protect the hair and neutralize during the setting time of rollers. The result will be a defined perm, characterized by high wave hold, with shiny, radiant and protected hair. Its formula is enriched with Lactic Acid and Sugar to give shine and volume while protecting natural and synthetic pigments.

USAGE
Apply the product with its bottle on each individual section
Wrap in rollers
Rinse and unroll the rollers once the processing time is over
